Our Law Set

[1 - Weaponry - 1]
1.1:Weaponry Classes: A, B, C
1.1.1:Class C: All forms of melee weaponry, pistol / SMG or flare
1.1.2:Class B: Shotguns, semi-automatic rifles, automatic rifles
1.1.3:Class A: All other non-listed weaponry
1.1.4:Baseball bats are excluded from the licence program and are allowed on any person at any time
1.2:Weaponry must not be displayed to the eyes of the government
1.2.1:If you have a non-compliant person on your property, call the police
1.2.2:Upon being attacked, you may use a melee weapon in self defence (If licenced)
1.3:A licence is required in order to be in the possession of a Class C or Class B weapon
1.3.1:Class A weaponry licences are unobtainable and reserved for government use only
1.3.2:Class A weaponry licence are not granted to pass holders
1.4:The sale of the following ammunition are illegal (Any unlisted are deemed legal)
1.4.1:Tranquilizer
1.4.2:Sniper

[2 - Vehicles - 2]
2.1:The speed limits follow:
2.1.1:Inner-city :: 35MPH
2.1.2:Route 54 :: ∞MPH
2.1.3:Anywhere else not listed :: 60MPH
2.2:Vehicles are required to stop / slow at:
2.2.1:Red lights (STOP)
2.2.2:Stop signs (STOP)
2.2.3:Amber lights (PREPARE TO STOP)
2.3:Overtaking vehicles in dangerous situations (I.E. Bends | On-coming vehicles)
2.4:Vehicles are required to correctly park, using designated zones (Marked by yellow lines)
2.4.1:An exception is your personal property
2.5:You are required to pull to one side for emergency vehicles (On-call) to get past
2.6:You are required to pull over if an officer is not passing you with lights and sirens on
2.7:Wreckless driving (It is up to the officer on how 'Wreckless' you have been)
2.8:Upon hitting a person, you are required to stay at the scene as fleeing may be deemed suspicious
2.9:You are advised to use your blinkers while turning
2.10:You are required to stop and provide valid ID upon request at any law enforcement checkpoint or pull-over

[3 - DVLA - 3]
3.1:All persons require a drivers licence in order to legally drive any vehicle
3.1.1:A drivers licence may be obtained through any government official
3.1.2:Police may conduct random pull-overs to check licences on drivers
3.2:Repeat vehicle related offences will result in the licence being revoked
3.3:All government personnel are automatically granted a drivers licence (While on-duty)
3.4:Failure to provide a valid drivers licence when requested will result in the corresponding punishment
3.5:Impounding / Clamping
3.5.1:To receive back an impounded car within the nexus garage, you must pay a fine of the officers discretion
3.5.2:To have a clamp removed from your vehicle, you must pay a fine of the officers discretion
3.5.3:Fines may go to any government official for removal/retrieval
3.6:Any requested fine by an officer at the scene of a pull-over is required to be payed on the spot
3.6.1:Failure will result in the corresponding punishment
3.6.2:Fine prices are not set, nor required and are decided upon at the scene by the officer

[4 - Property - 4]
4.1:High walls can be deemed suspicious and therefore invoke a search on your property
4.1.1:A wall above the height of one average officer is classed as a "High Wall"
4.1.2:High walls are walls that serve the only purpose of defence, and not structural integrity
4.1.3:Fences do not class as 'Walls' and therefore cannot be classed under the high wall law
4.1.4:Hedges are not classed as 'Walls' however must still reach a maximum height of one officer
4.2:Blocked windows may deem a property to be suspicious, invoking a search
4.3:No person has the right to search your property, unless a government official with warrant
4.4:Suspicious activity within a property is a reason to search
4.5:Trespassing
4.5.1:You may walk around freely on unowned property
4.5.2:Do not walk on, or enter, owned property unless your own
4.5.3:You must gain permission from the property owner in order for it to not be classed as trespassing
4.5.4:Walking into government controlled area's without permission (I.E. Crime scene's)
4.5.5:Passing the Nexus desk, or passing any nexus defence :: Including the Nexus slope, garage, jails
4.6:You require to be a government official, or have a Visitor (Or higher) pass to gain access
4.7:Loitering around a property can show threat to a property owner and therefore arrestable
4.7.1:Once around a property with no reason for more than 2 minutes, it is deemed as loitering

[5 - Government - 5]
5.1:Government officials are no different from the rest, therefore not subject to public abuse
5.2:Do not interfere with government work
5.3:Do not help in any situation, unless asked, or prior permission has been granted (I.E. a pass)
5.4:Meets with any government official are to be organised through that individual
5.5:The 911 system is there for you to use in emergencies. Do not misuse / abuse this system
5.6:Corrupt government workers will be punished accordingly
5.7:All government related complaints are required to go to the sergeant of said individual
5.7.1:If the complaint is on a sergeant, the complaint must go through the President
5.8:Police / SRU officials are required to fulfil their job fully else will be punished accordingly
5.9:Impersonation of a government official will result in the corresponding punishment
5.10:Government officials are not to incorrectly use their radio's
5.11:Government officials are required to gain permission to unarrest any citizen within our prison
5.12:All given fines must be representative of the committed crime
5.13:Reckless discharge of a weapon
5.14:Obstructing police work / wasting police time

6.1:The Capone Family
6.1.1:After death threats taking place, said family have had their access
6.1.2:to the city removed. If found within city bounds, they are to be
6.1.3:arrested on sight.

7.1:Available licences
7.1.1:Businesses (Business Licence :: $200)
7.1.2:Weaponry (Weaponry Class C :: $300 | Weaponry Class B :: $800)
7.1.3:Driving (Drivers Licence :: $50 | HGV Licence :: $150)
7.1.4:Marijuana & Pharmaceuticals (M/P Licence :: $800)
7.2:Upon the purchase of a Weaponry Class B Licence, you are granted a free Class C licence
7.3:Licences do not require renewal under the PPoE government
7.4:Licence costs are required to be paid in order to make the licence official

[8 - Third Party Organisations - 8]
8.1:As of the current time, the PPoE does not work alongside any third party organisations

[9 - Drugs - 9]
9.1:Possession of any non-licenced drug will result in the corresponding punishment
9.2:The distribution of drugs
9.2.1:Licence holder --> Non-licence holder
9.2.2:Non-licence holder --> Licence holder
9.2.3:Non-licence holder --> Non-licence holder
9.3:Growing, Cooking, (etc..) of any form of drug is illegal and will result in the corresponding punishment
9.3.1:M/P Licences cover the growing of Marijuana, unless stated otherwise in the licence

10.1:All citizens bare the right to a fair trial after their arrest has taken place
10.2:Under the National Freedom Legance, rights are a requirement in all situations bar the following

13.1:Once a lockdown is put in place, you are required to return to your homes

13.1.2:Under a lockdown, the nexus building becomes off-limits to the public

13.3:Manslaughter is an accidental murder, and will be dealt with accordingly
13.4:Committing murder is a crime against the state and will be met with the corresponding punishment

13.7:Robbing a person (or shop/store)
13.8:Any clothing to hide your identity (Unless prior permission is granted)
13.9:Arson, or any kind of damage to a property through the use of fire with intent
13.10:Attempted or successful Jailbreak
13.11:Impersonation of other citizens
13.12:Violent protesting
13.13:Harrassment
13.13.1:Hate speech including:

13.15:You require permission to take pictures/film of any citizen, including the government
