Free Licences?!

After time of consideration we have decided to make a return as a group. With our return, our alliances have been cleared as well all city bans - anyone of which purchased a licence in the time of the group not being around will still have their licence. We are still taking suggestions on laws and applications for licences. **ALL LICENCES ACCEPTED ONLINE ARE FREE**
