Today I introduce a new law under section 9: Drugs. The aim of this law is to help cover confusion on gaining possession of the substance Marijuana, as being in possession and growing are two different scenarios. We would also like to clarify to those trying abuse a loop-hole within our laws that being in possession of a substance with the intent to supply is not what is stated within our law and therefore we cannot arrest anyone under the reason for that. Whether you are going to use it yourself or give it to someone else, it has your DNA on it, it traces to you meaning you had it in your possession at some point. There is no difference.
We are also changing the old section 12 to section 13 (Misc). The new section 12 is being labelled "Religion" to which we outline religions that are banned / unadvised to practice due to them being a danger to the other citizens of Evocity. More laws may soon be added. We introduced this section due to a large increase in the push for religion around Evocity, and with worries that it could get out of hand, we are tackling the issue directly before it becomes worse than we want.

Finally, we would like to announce that we are introducing a new role to the party: Detective. They will perform the work that we deem police non-trained to do such as interrogations and more alike. We aim to crack down to make Evocity an even safer city than current under our government, this is just another step.
