More laws

I am releasing a small change to the laws due to recent confusion and abuse. I have updated law 1.1.1 to include Flares due to them being abused as a weapon however not classed under any of my laws. I have also added a new law due to a lot of people wasting precious police time which I personally shall not tolerate.

1.1.1:Class C: All forms of melee weaponry, pistol / SMG or flare 5.14:Obstructing police work / wasting police time 3.7:You are required to park in designated area's only 3.7.1:Exceptions are your personal property and non-yellow-lined area's 13.23:You require someones permission to film, or take pictures of them 13.23.1:News/Media companies may receive a licence on request, then may film in public 13.23.2:You may not video/take pictures of a crime scene, licence or not 7.1.6:Public photography (P/P Licence :: Free)

I have also added the people who have purchased licences since I posted this thread
